Great location in the middle of all the best coastal towns in RI and southern MA. Located in a small neighborhood of modest cottages, this house was clean, air conditioned, well maintained and fully appointed with everything you need down to paper towels and dryer sheets. The layout is great with the generous master at one end of the hall, kids rooms midway and the living space at the other end. Everyone was comfortable including our dog. There is a nice deck off the kitchen with a table, umbrella and chairs plus lounge chairs. Then a few steps down is a bluestone patio with a gas grill and more chairs. The flowers around the cottage were in full bloom, lots of blue hydrangeas, and just beautiful. You can tell the owner has taken very good care of this entire property and wants to make her guests feel welcome. She left us a bottle of wine and flowers and a few other things when we arrived. We were surprised and pleased with all of the unexpected 'nice touches' at the cottage (small cooler for the beach, beach chairs, etc.). We did many things during our stay including walking to the nearby beach, driving to Brigg's beach (our sister has membership), eating at all the great restaurants, buying local produce, baked goods and eggs from the farm up the street and even went into Newport on a cloudy day. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone wishing to spend time in this special corner of RI. The owner was very attentive and has followed up with us to be sure we enjoyed our stay. A++
